Road Test: The 2008 Chevrolet Malibu

We are aware that the US car market is dominated by mid-size cars and General Motors Corporation is bringing out the 2008 Chevrolet Malibu to be part of the growing market. In Detroit, many car buyers won’t even remember the existence of the Chevy Lumina but GM is trying another version of the Malibu as a mid-size car.

From the Detroit Auto Show which happened last January, GM is now ready to reveal the new version of its famous Chevrolet line up - the Malibu. Car Connection, an online car oriented website where you can get loads of information about cars, car parts like Volkswagen brake hose and the latest news in the US car market, revealed a new angle on the 2008 Chevrolet Malibu.

The car was seen to wear several tune ups in its exterior and interior but according to the website, the biggest question is how it would perform when driven. Would it get beyond the fame of the ongoing Camry and Accord which was noted to have huge car sales the past months?

The Car Connection spent a few moments with the Malibu and soon found the answers to the questions. Car Connection comments says, “For the first time we can remember, there’s no reason to make excuses for a mainstream Detroit sedan, no reason to explain away the compromises. Chevy’s new entry stands up solidly on its own four wheels.”
